They’re censoring themselves in an act of protest against the lame-ass bills SOPA (Stop Internet Piracy Act) and PIPA (Protect Intellectual Property Act) Congress was trying to pass. Under the bills, the government could order service providers to block access to any site found to be in violation, or prevent the site from making any advertising revenue. Oh, and the government could also force other sites (say, Google) to remove all links to violating sites. Sure, we can understand why internet piracy has the entertainment giants pissed off, but these bills are so poorly conceived that they might as well be called “Because I Said So.” Virtually every site — including this one — is in violation of the letter...

We have an article coming up in our He Said / She Said series that examines stereotypes men have about women. One of the list items is “chicks can handle booze better than dudes” with the post’s author, Ned, claiming that while guys get rowdy as all hell and lose their sh*t, women seem to hold it together for longer and, if anything, just become flirtier. Of course, this assumption takes into consideration that despite being smaller on average, they drink just as much as guys. So, while some of us at the office disagree on the subject, we feel we should put it to you the reader to determine if these drunk chicks are doing the sexy pose right or wrong.
